Personal data is processed by internal and external resources of TB KART S.R.L. adequately identified, trained, instructed and who operate as personnel authorized to process the Data.

We wish to inform you, pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 also known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter “GDPR”), relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data, and pursuant to the national regulations in force regarding privacy, that the information and data supplied by you or otherwise acquired in the context of the services provided by TB KART S.R.L. will be processed in compliance with the provisions mentioned above and with the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of our organization.
By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, the extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database.

We hereby inform you that there are External Managers for the processing of personal data who have been appropriately mapped, surveyed, contracted and appointed by TB KART S.R.L. on the basis of the provisions of art. 28 of the GDPR. WHY WE NEED THE VS. DATA
TB KART S.R.L. will use your data exclusively for the following purpose:
Purposes related to the management of the contractual relationship and the provision of the Services: your data will be processed for the following purposes: establishment, management and termination of the contractual and commercial relationship; fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations; fulfillment of legal obligations; anti-money laundering controls; tax and accounting checks; dispute management; provision, support, updating and information regarding the Services offered and the features available.
TB KART S.R.L. will carry out the treatment:
because it is necessary for the contractual obligations referred to in point 1)
because it is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations to which you are subject (e.g. accounting, payroll, social security obligations);
because the processing is necessary to pursue a legitimate interest (e.g. checks on the use of video surveillance tools to protect company assets, prevent fraud, safeguard strategic company interests and related commercial relationships).
It follows that the provision of personal data is mandatory for the aforementioned purpose.
Failure to provide data will make it impossible to achieve the purposes previously indicated and therefore to follow up on the contractual relationship. The extent and adequacy of the Data provided will be assessed from time to time, in order to determine the consequent decisions and avoid the processing of Data exceeding the purposes pursued.

or to those described in this information, unless informing you in advance and, where necessary, obtaining your consent.

TB KART S.R.L. has as its objective the protection of its customers’ data, basing their treatment on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. WE WILL SHARE THE VS. INFORMATION WITH OTHER PARTIES?
For the purposes indicated above (“Why do we need your data”) your data may be disclosed to third parties to fulfill obligations deriving from the law, regulations, community regulations or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the contractual relationship .
For all the purposes indicated in this statement, your data may also be communicated abroad, inside and outside the European Union, in compliance with the rights and guarantees established by current legislation, after verifying that the country in question guarantees an “adequate” level of protection.

Access to archived data may only be made by public authorities, in the cases and methods provided for by current laws, in the event of legal disputes.
