The R-ONE and RMAX Championships provided their first achievement in their history on the weekend of March 9th and 10th. Both championships \u2013 based on the use of TBKART\u2019s Rental Kart Line vehicles \u2013 saw a large turnout of drivers at the Pista South Milano in Ottobiano.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the end of the first event of the 2024 season, held in Ottobiano on the second weekend of March, IRK Promotion\u2019s report was a positive one. In addition to celebrating the organizational success of the first two rounds of the R-ONE Championship and the inaugural race of the RMAX Championship, the new group, created to expand the rental business of TBKART, has received excellent feedback from the numerous attendees. Despite the rain, more than 20 enthusiastic crews participated in both the 4 and 6 Hour races of the unprecedented IRK Promotion\u2019s R-ONE Championship endurance series, while nearly 50 drivers competed in the debut of the innovative RMAX Championship sprint event. Thanks to their versatility, the TBKART fleets \u2013 manufactured specifically for the championships \u2013 have pleased a wide range of users, from the most experienced drivers to those who are taking their first steps in the world of karting.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, March 9th, the brand new TBKART R-ONE SPORT HP 4-stroke karts opened the competition at the South Milano circuit. Thanks to their reliability and the technical assistance offered by TBKART\u2019s specialized staff, the karts designed and produced by the Italian company supported two consecutive endurance races in a perfect session \u2013 first a 4 Hour and immediately after a 6 Hour event. On Sunday, however, it was the TBKART RMAX 2-stroke that took center stage, offering high performance and pure entertainment to the participants of the unprecedented sprint championship. The model, which stands out for its racing characteristics and represents the top of TBKART\u2019s Rental product range, proved to be the ideal kart for a race-style format inspired by the classic international 2-stroke karting competitions, with qualifying, heats and finals.<\/p>\n

Both kart fleets, consisting of more than 30 R-ONE SPORT HP and more than 20 RMAX, respectively, are dedicated exclusively to the events organized and promoted by the newly formed division. What distinguishes the two new Rental series from the traditional championships, where the same karts are used by the track managers for the daily rental activity, is precisely the direct management of an experienced manufacturer such as TBKART, which takes all the vehicles back to the company, completely overhauls them and prepares them for the next challenge. Demonstrating the incredible attention to details given to the R-ONE SPORT HP as well as the RMAX were the results of the first round at Pista South Milano, which was characterized by a great balance amongst the drivers: for example, in the personal best time recorded in Final A of the first round of the RMAX Championship, more than half of the starting drivers stopped the clock within the same tenth of a second. The technical fairness found in the consistency of the vehicles\u2019 performance goes hand in hand with the sporting fairness ensured by the highly qualified race management staff, but also by the willingness of IRK Promotion and TBKART to listen and talk to all participants.<\/p>\n

All the qualities of the IRK Promotion\u2019s first round of the season emerged in the overall organization of a unique event. The structure put in place by TBKART and the client service available were another added value, giving the drivers the opportunity to race the entire weekend: some participants, in fact, competed as part of a team in Saturday\u2019s endurance competitions and then individually in Sundays\u2019 sprint race, also incentivized by a special agreement. Consequently, the project that aims to give continuity to the foundation created with \u201cTHE FINAL\u201d by TBKART was started on a positive note and will continue on other renowned circuits in the upcoming months, giving numerous enthusiasts the opportunity to join a new and exciting community.<\/p>\n
